經費的來源,永遠是研究路上的最大難題。各種經費其實都不好申請,但不同於申請會議經費,被拒絕最多也就是失望一陣子。研究經費被拒往往隱含了更多的含義,被拒絕後,你該如何調適?下一步是什麼? 1.     情緒管理 不論你是情緒激憤、認為審查申請的委員都是白目,或是極度的失望、認為自己能力和競爭力低下,你都最好不要在專業的、公開的場合表露出來,尋找安靜的地方先整理好自己的情緒。不少博士后研究人員和教職員工一直到獲得博士學位都沒有經歷過申請研究(經費)的經驗,很可能這次的失敗是職業生涯最直接的一次拒絕,但不論你如何的激動或低落,專業場合的專業態度不能忘! 2.    …
