想到科學家和研究人員,從小從影視作品中得到的印象多半是看起來較斯文的一群人,進行著靜態的活動,若是提及刻板印象,那更有可能直接聯想到〝腦力〞>〝體能〞的人群。然而自身作為科學研究人員,這樣的觀念可能直接影響到對自己生理健康的不重視,甚至是任由身心健康的不平衡將研究的成果和效率給打折了! 其實,當人在進行腦力運動時所消耗的能量是其他組織運作時的十倍,光是腦部運作就需要全身運作20%的能量,所以當科學研究人員工作時,使用的卡路里是一般人靜止坐著時的數倍,也由此可見要有好的腦部運作能力,生理的情況,包括營養、休息和運動與之息息相關的。 以下有幾個可以幫助保持生理健康的方式: 8小時睡眠是重中之重。聽著老套,但做沒做到差很多! 隨時補充充足的水份,減少攝取咖啡因。…
