Tenure)\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u301d\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u6a5f\u69cb\u61c9\u8a72\u8981\u70ba\u4e86\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u975e\u6559\u5e2b\u500b\u4eba\u6216\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u800c\u904b\u4f5c\uff0c\u6240\u8b02\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u5247\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u5c0d\u771f\u7406\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8ffd\u6c42\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u8ad6\u8ff0\u3002\u301e<\/p>\n<p>\u7d42\u8eab\u5236\u4f5c\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u8b93\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u64fa\u812b\u8a55\u7d1a\u548c\u6c42\u91cf\u4e0d\u6c42\u8cea\u7684\u5916\u754c\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u634d\u885b\u5b78\u8853\u7a0b\u5e8f\u548c\u8cea\u91cf\u6a19\u6e96\u4f86\u4fc3\u9032\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u4e0d\u5c11\u6279\u8a55\u7a31\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u548c\u6559\u8077\u4eba\u54e1\u537b\u5728\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u53e3\u865f\u4e0b\u800c\uff0c\u5750\u64c1\u301d\u6559\u5b78\u5927\u7db1\u301e\u548c\u4e3b\u984c\u5c08\u5bb6\uff08subject matter experts -SME\uff09\u7684\u982d\u929c\u800c\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e86\u50b2\u6162\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5c0d\u4e3b\u984c\u5c08\u5bb6\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u59d1\u4e14\u5148\u4e0d\u8ac7\u4e3b\u984c\u5c08\u5bb6\u5011\u662f\u5426\u771f\u7684\u6709\u614b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e3b\u984c\u5c08\u5bb6\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u78ba\u5728\u65e5\u6f38\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002\u771f\u8981\u7d30\u8aaa\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u5b78\u8853\u51fa\u7248\u5546\u5728\u51fa\u7248\u6559\u79d1\u66f8\u76f8\u95dc\u6750\u6599\u6642\u90fd\u5148\u5047\u8a2d\u6559\u5e2b\u5728\u5b78\u79d1\u6559\u5b78\u4e0a\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f\u56e0\u70ba<strong>\u8058\u8acb\u7d93\u9a57\u8f03\u5c11\u7684\u6559\u5e2b\u7b49\u65bc\u8f03\u4f4e\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u6210\u672c\uff08\u85aa\u6c34\uff09\uff0c<\/strong>\u9019\u7b97\u662f\u5b78\u6821\u5728\u9810\u7b97\u7dca\u7e2e\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u4e0b\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u51fa\u8def\uff0c\u51fa\u7248\u5546\u81ea\u7136\u9700\u8981\u56e0\u61c9\u9019\u7a2e\u9700\u6c42\u4e86\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u9700\u6c42\u7e2e\u6e1b\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c11\u9060\u7a0b\u6388\u8ab2\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u8a55\u9451\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0d\u662f\u4ee5\u77e5\u8b58\u7684\u50b3\u6388\u7a0b\u5ea6\u70ba\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u800c\u662f<strong>\u4ee5\u5b78\u751f\u5831\u540d\u6578\u91cf\u548c\u8ab2\u7a0b\u88ab\u5b78\u751f\u559c\u611b\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4f86\u8a55\u9451<\/strong>\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u4e4e\u4e0d\u5c11\u8f03\u4e0d\u8d77\u773c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u548c\u6a5f\u69cb\u88ab\u8feb\u65b9\u6c23\u539f\u672c\u7684\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u9078\u64c7\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u958b\u653e\u5728\u7dda\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u53ea\u56e0\u70ba\u66f4\u591a\u5b78\u751f\u559c\u6b61\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u4e5f\u5c31\u6c92\u6709\u4e3b\u984c\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4ed8\u9322\u7684\u4eba\u662f\u5927\u723a<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong><strong>\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u6709\u7d93\u8cbb\u7576\u7136\u662f\u597d\u4e8b\uff01\u4f46\u65e5\u6f38\u4f54\u64da\u4e3b\u5c0e\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u7d93\u8cbb\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u963b\u7919\u4e86\u301d\u5c0d\u771f\u7406\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8ffd\u6c42\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u8ad6\u8ff0\u301e\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u5373\u4fbf\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u6295\u8cc7\u4e86\u6578\u5341\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u79c1\u71df\u4f01\u696d\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u9084\u662f\u672a\u4f86\u4efb\u4f55\u6536\u76ca\u7684\u53d7\u76ca\u8005\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u5426\u4ee3\u8868\u57fa\u790e\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u5c07\u518d\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u516c\u958b\u7684\u4e86\uff1f\u53c8\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\u88ab\u6709\u511f\u7814\u7a76\u66ff\u4ee3\u4e86\uff1f\u672a\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u662f\u5426\u53ea\u6c42\u6536\u76ca\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u800c\u5ffd\u8996\u5176\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\uff1f<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\u4e5f\u5e36\u4f86\u5b78\u8853\u8cac\u4efb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u51fa\u7248\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u8981\u80fd\u5920\u5805\u6301\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4fe1\u5ff5\u4e26\u4e14\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5f0f\u9032\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u771f\u7684\u662f\u6975\u5927\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9762\u81e8\u5404\u7a2e\u4e2d\u6bb5\u7d93\u8cbb\u548c\u7d93\u8cbb\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u9019\u6642\u7a76\u7adf\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u53ef\u72a7\u7272\u7684\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c\u7576\u4f60\u4f5c\u70ba\u90e8\u9580\u6216\u662f\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u9810\u7b97\u628a\u95dc\u4eba\uff0c\u4f60\u8981\u7701\u8457\u82b1\u6bcf\u4e00\u5206\u9322\u4ee5\u514d\u6574\u8457\u90e8\u9580\u90fd\u5c07\u6ec5\u9802\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u4f60\u7684\u540c\u5115\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u4e2d\u5fc5\u9808\u6e1b\u5c11\u7684\u9810\u7b97\uff0c\u4f60\u9084\u80fd\u5426\u5805\u6301\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u51e1\u662f\u90fd\u6709\u500b\u9650\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u60c5\u6cc1\u4f7f\u7136\u4e4b\u4e0b\u7684\u53ef\u70ba\u8207\u4e0d\u53ef\u70ba\uff0c\u9019\u88e1\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u4e00\u4e00\u5217\u8209\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u8207\u6ec5\u4ea1\uff0c\u771f\u7684\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u6574\u500b\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5171\u540c\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u8981\u5b83\u5b58\u5247\u5b58\u3001\u6ec5\u4e5f\u662f\u96a8\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u5b78\u8853\u81ea\u7531\u5230\u5e95\u5c6c\u65bc\u8ab0\uff1f
